1. Returns Eligibility

Only unworn and unopened products—still in their original sealed condition—are eligible for return.

All water dispensers and refill containers must be clean, undamaged, and in reusable condition.
2. Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

3. Return Process

Customers must securely pack the product in the original packaging where possible, including invoicing or order confirmation.

We encourage using a trackable shipping method; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or faulty product).
4. Restocking & Inspection

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If they meet the condition requirements, a refund or exchange will be processed.
5. Refunds

When approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approving the return.

We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been processed, with any relevant reference numbers.
6. Exceptions

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and order details when contacting us.

Custom or one-time-order items, or dispenser lease components with signs of misuse, may not be returnable.
