1. Returns Eligibility

  • Only unworn and unopened products—still in their original sealed condition—are eligible for return.

  • All water dispensers and refill containers must be clean, undamaged, and in reusable condition.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • To initiate, contact us at reynardo@vidaaquawater.co.za or 06 60 60 60 71 providing your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3. Return Process

  • Customers must securely pack the product in the original packaging where possible, including invoicing or order confirmation.

  • We encourage using a trackable shipping method; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or faulty product).

4. Restocking & Inspection

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If they meet the condition requirements, a refund or exchange will be processed.

5. Refunds

  • When approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approving the return.

  • We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been processed, with any relevant reference numbers.

6. Exceptions

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and order details when contacting us.

  • Custom or one-time-order items, or dispenser lease components with signs of misuse, may not be returnable.
